Skin Stein was created at the intersection of protein biochemistry and dermatology, on one simple belief — skincare should make biological sense. Every formulation is built around actives that are supported by evidence, delivered at meaningful concentrations, and balanced with barrier support.

For a partner, that means products your customers come back for. Our range is dermatologist-led, vegan and cruelty-free, made for South Asian skin concerns — pigmentation, dullness, uneven tone, texture and a compromised barrier — and packaged with recyclable, refill-friendly materials.

Our current line includes Faith (Multi-Pathway Melanin Suppression Serum), Hope (Biphasic Treatment Essence), Bless (Amino-Acid Cleanser), Serenity (Skin Reset Mask) and 911 (Intensive Dermal Restoration).

04 What You Get

Approved partners receive wholesale pricing with volume-based slabs, a dedicated point of contact, and product training so your team can explain the formulations correctly rather than guess.

We also share product photography, ingredient explainers and shelf-ready marketing material, plus guidance on which products to stock first based on your customer profile. Clinics and salons can request professional sizes and sampling support, subject to availability.

05 Eligibility

For trade partnerships we ask for a valid GSTIN and a registered business name, along with a store, clinic or business address. Online resellers must additionally tell us which platforms they intend to list on.

Applications are assessed on category fit, location, existing coverage in that area, and the ability to store products correctly — away from direct sunlight and heat. We may decline an application if we already have an exclusive partner in your territory.

06 How It Works

1. Submit the form below with your business details and the products you are interested in.
2. We review and call you within 2–4 working days to understand your requirement.
3. You receive a price list along with minimum order quantity and payment terms.
4. Confirm your first order and we raise a proforma invoice for approval.
5. Dispatch and onboarding — stock ships out and your team gets product training material.

07 Orders & Payment

Every partnership has a minimum order quantity, which is shared with your price list and varies by category and partner type. Repeat orders can be placed over email or WhatsApp with your partner code.

First orders are on advance payment by bank transfer or UPI against a proforma invoice. Credit terms may be extended later at our discretion for partners with a consistent order history. Wholesale and bulk orders are quoted separately and are not eligible for website offers, coupons or the standard consumer return window.

08 Shipping & Stock

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation, subject to stock. Freight is shared at the time of quotation and depends on order value and destination.

Please check the consignment at the time of delivery and report any transit damage or shortage within 48 hours, with photographs of the outer packaging and the affected products, so we can raise a claim with the courier while it is still possible.

09 Brand & Marketing Rules

Partners may use our logo, images and approved copy to sell Skin Stein products, but the brand name, packaging and claims must not be altered, and products must not be repackaged, decanted or sold as part of an unapproved bundle.

Please do not make medical or curative claims we have not published. Listing on marketplaces requires written approval and adherence to our MRP and price parity policy. Any material that mentions results should follow the same language we use on our own website.

10 Creators & Affiliates

If you create skincare, beauty or dermatology content, email us with your profile links, audience location and what you have in mind. We work with creators through paid collaborations, gifting and affiliate codes depending on fit.

We read every message, but are only able to respond to enquiries that suit the brand and the current campaign calendar.
